I just got back from the gym, work out two of the day, and got called in to work.. who can say no to double time. I did weigh myself and tipped the ole scale at 252.1 lbs. I wasnt going to do it but I want a base line for the end goals of overall fitness and it will be fun to look back as the weeks progress.
peace out, im off to work. Tomorrow is my scheduled off day but I am working a 16 hr shift so i cant say ill be just lounging around resting:P
