This morning I did not want to wake up.. it is consecutive day 3 of working out and my body was not all ramped up as it was yesterday. Needless to say, I soldiered on and went ahead with my longest route yet.

3.8 miles in 47:22. I think i made it a little longer than the basic map so I am going to go with a 12 min mile. A little slower than in the past but I was forcing myself out today.
I'm not too sure why I wasnt feeling it really today. I ate well, went to bed at a decent time, I did have to wake up and pee which sucked, sorry to all you old folks. I feel for you. All in all another work out in the books.
I spoke with my cousin yesterday, he is talking about climbing a pretty intimidating mountain this September and I really want to go. So now I have a few new goals to work toward once these running goals are complete.
Time for work....
